    6 Days - The Route of the Thousand Kasbahs from Marrakech

    Day 1 - Marrakech - High Atlas - Telouet Villages - Kasbahs Ait Ben haddou

    Departure in the morning from Marrakech , towards the Dades Gorges through a route known as "The route of the thousand kasbahs". On the way we will cross the High Atlas Mountains , crossing the port of Tizi n'Tichka , the highest road point in the country (2260m), making our way between numerous nomadic villages Berbers who inhabit the mountains. Spectacular landscape that will take us to the town of Telouet , which gives its name to one of the most important kasbahs in the area, built to control the passage of commercial caravans to Marrakech and former residence of the Pasha family “ Glaoui ” (until 1956). Despite its apparent state in ruins, inside it houses a jewel of Moroccan architecture with a series of very well preserved rooms, made of cedar wood, marble and meticulously carved. Possibility of visiting its interior. We continue to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou , famous for being the setting for more than twenty films, such as " Babel ", " Gladiator ", “ Lawrence of Arabia ”… Free visit of this impressive fortified town, where you can stroll contemplating the many handicraft shops (paint with spices, jewels, rugs) until you reach the barn that crowns the kasbah. Night and dinner at the hotel in front of the kasbah .

    Day 2: kasbah Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Valley of Roses - Valley of Dades

    After a good breakfast, departure towards Ouarzazate, the Berber Hollywood (possibility of visiting its film studios where numerous films were filmed: Asterix and Obelix, Cleopatra, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy ...) We will continue crossing the Valley of Roses, to enter the Dades gorges, a valley that is home to the highest concentration of kasbahs. We will travel its winding road, contemplating the varied and peculiar reddish landscape of the Atlas Mountains. Free time to stroll through the gardens of the valley. Accommodation in the valley and dinner at the hotel.

    Day 3: Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Merzouga Erg Chebbi

    After a good breakfast, we go to the Todra Gorges, north of Tinghir, where you can take a pleasant walk through its imposing canyon with walls of more than 200 meters of altitude until the source of the Todra River. We continue towards the desert through the palm grove of Tafilalet that leads us to the town of Erfoud, the ancient gate of the desert, today famous for working with the fossils that are extracted in this region. You can receive a guided visit to the fossil cooperative to discover the secrets of the stone treaty from extraction to obtaining the product. At this point we leave the asphalt behind to take the dirt track along the 50 km that will lead us to our final destination: the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Upon arrival at the hotel in the desert, our dromedaries await us to depart on a route of an hour and a half, making our way through the dunes, until we reach the heart of the desert to contemplate the beautiful sunset. Wrapped in the Great Dune, and enjoying the music of the drums, dinner and Moroccan tea, you will be able to contemplate the immense sky of stars and sleep in nomadic tents.

    Day 4: Merzouga - Erg Chebbi - Desert

    We will wake up early in the morning, to be able to contemplate another great spectacle among the dunes of the Moroccan Sahara: the sunrise. After a hearty Moroccan breakfast, we will board the 4 × 4 to begin our tour around the Erg Chebbi dunes, a desert region full of sand. Among the many stops that await us, we will discover how and where the nomads of the area live and we will share a tea with a family, wild oases in the middle of nowhere, spectacular landscapes, small towns and desert settlements, palm groves ... Inevitable stop on our way by the people of Khamelia, of people originating from black Africa. They will make us enjoy their traditional music, with a beautiful concert of Gnawa music, while we savor a delicious tea.

    We close the circuit that surrounds the dunes, stopping in the town of Hassi Lbied, to take a pleasant walk in the shade of the palm grove and orchard, which supply the population. In this space you will be able to contemplate a perfect example of irrigation through ditches and water conduction with the Khetarra system. Return to the hotel and free time ... Dinner and accommodation

    Day 5: Merzouga - Rissani - Agdez

    Breakfast and shower, and we continue our way to Rissani. Where we will walk through what is known as the most authentic and traditional souk in the area, and one of the largest in the south of the country, where all kinds of artisan products, food and animals are traded. We continue to Ouarzazate, taking another route that allows us to discover new landscapes. Through the desert road that crosses the villages of Alnif, Tazarine, Nkob, until reaching Agdz. Free time to visit the town, shop or stroll through the palm grove. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.

    Day 6: Agdez - Ouarzazate - Marrakech

    After a good breakfast. We take the route through the beautiful Draa Valley following the course of the river and its millions of palm trees until we reach Ouarzazate again. We will continue to Marrakech, returning to the port of Tizi n’Tichka. Arrival in Marrakech, transfer to your hotel and end of our services.
