6 Days - Fez, Merzouga and Return to Marrakech
Day 1 - Fez - Ifrane -Azrou - Midelt
After breakfast and our meeting we begin our route from Fez to the desert and Marrakech 6 days. We depart from the millenary Fez towards Midelt, passing through the beautiful city of Ifrane, called the “Switzerland of Morocco”, continuing our journey to stop in the enchanted forest of Azrou, to enjoy seeing how numerous and friendly monkeys climb the cedars of the place . We continue our way through the Middle Atlas mountains to reach Midelt. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2 - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Merzouga
After breakfast our journey continues via the Ziz Valley and its gorges, Errachidia and the city of Erfoud, famous for being the "capital of fossils", arriving in Merzouga to stay in a traditional kasbah hotel near the dunes, where we expect a good dinner and rest in the peace of the desert.
Day 3 - The dunes of Erg Chebbi - Merzouga
In the morning, after a rich breakfast, we prepare for the great tour of the dunes. A fascinating 4 × 4 experience where we will see unforgettable landscapes visiting nomadic families with whom we will have tea, invited by their warm hospitality and following our journey through numerous villages of the Sahara, including Khamlia or "town of the blacks", so called for the slave trade that they brought from Sudan in the past. There we can enjoy his happy music called Gnawa. In the afternoon we will change our 4 × 4 for the friendly dromedaries, to enter the magical Sahara desert, through the beauty of the golden dunes to contemplate an unforgettable sunset. Once in the oasis, we will have dinner under a starry sky like they have never seen, and we will enjoy gathered around a bonfire to the rhythm of the drums, and then sleep in an authentic Berber tent on a night that they will never forget.
Day 4 - Merzouga - Rissani - Todra Gorges
We wake up very early to contemplate the beautiful spectacle of the sunrise between the dunes, and then ride our dromedaries that will take us back to the hotel. Once there and after a shower and breakfast, we continue our route to the Todra Gorges, passing through Rissani, where you can take a tour of its famous market or souk, considered the largest and most traditional in southern Morocco. We continue to Todra where we will stay in a hotel in the middle of the gorges.
Day 5 - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley - Ouarzazate
We will have breakfast and walk a little through the imposing walls of the gorges, and then continue our trip to the Dades Valley and the oasis of Skoura, to reach Ouarzazate and stay in a comfortable riad.
Day 6 - Ouarzazate - Ksar Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech
After a good breakfast and before continuing to Marrakech, we will visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, famous for the many films that have been filmed there, such as Cleopatra, Gladiator and many others. Then we will continue our trip to Marrakech through the high Atlas mountains, crossing numerous Berber villages and farms that give the road a special charm, crossing the Atlas at a height that exceeds 2200 meters. above sea level. Arriving in Marrakech in the afternoon, we transfer them to the hired riad, where we say goodbye, ending our services.
