    • Presentation 15 minutes before the start at the meeting point.
    • Children must bring a ticket to access the monument so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
    • On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when the payment is going to be made. You will be answered within a period of less than 72 hours informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than that period, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.

    • Less than 48 hours from the start of the visit: 100% expenses.
    • If the cancellation occurs for accredited causes related to COVID-19, a free date change will be allowed once until December 31, 2,022, provided that it is notified at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, no refund or changes will be possible.
    • If you have a reservation for the "Free Cancellation up to 48 hours before" campaign, the amount will be returned in a voucher to exchange for our services until 12/31/2022, in no case in money. The campaign ended on April 30, 2021.
