– Por motivos sanitarios, de forma temporal el uso de las audioguias no está permitido, por lo que se facilitará un enlace de descarga para que descargue la audioguia en su móvil. Se recomienda descargarla el día anterior y es necesario llevar sus propios auriculares ya que estos no serán facilitados por la empresa.
– El Palacio de Carlos V puede estar cerrado algunos días por motivos organizativos del Patronato de la Alhambra o por eventos tales como el Festival Internacional de Música y Danza. En este caso se ofrece la opción al cliente de visitarlo sin coste adicional en la salida de la visita diurna.
– Debido a la gran demanda de esta visita y para no crear overbookings, lo que está realizando es una petición de disponibilidad. En un plazo de menos de 72 horas se le responderá informándole si hay plazas disponibles o no. Si la reserva es inferior a ese plazo se le responderá con urgencia. El importe quedará bloqueado en la petición de reserva para garantizar de que en caso de tener disponibilidad hay fondos para cobrarla.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees up to 48 hours before 18 eur per person.
- Less than 48 hours from the start of the visit: 100% expenses.
- If the cancellation occurs for accredited causes related to COVID-19, a free date change will be allowed once until December 31, 2,022, provided that it is notified at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, no refund or changes will be possible.
- If you have a reservation for the "Free Cancellation up to 48 hours before" campaign, the amount will be returned in a voucher to exchange for our services until 12/31/2022, in no case in money. The campaign ended on April 30, 2021.
